The first step is booking a Strategy Session



What to Expect:

First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Performance Ranch. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to join Performance Ranch?

  • Is this gym for fighters only?

  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?

  • What kind of results can I expect?

  • How often should I come?

  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

We’ll get to know what you want to accomplish and back-build a plan to take you there. We’ll wrap up with some action steps that will yield results.

Nutrition

 

Nutrition is the foundation which we build the human body to perform at its optimal level. We don’t believe in fad diets and magic pills that say they will transform you overnight. Scientific studies over decades of time has proven that will not work.  We look at the human body as having unique attributes and everyone will respond differently to different inputs and stresses. We believe in eating whole food, limiting processed foods and drinks, drink water, eat your vegetables and fruits, eat plenty of protein, fuel yourself with complex carbohydrates when you need it and have fun, cheat a little!. Strict dieting will only make you crave more, live life!
